Hi, I’m Phil.
I’m a creative business professional and financial strategist. I see every challenge — a business, a property, a family’s finances — as a design problem waiting for a thoughtful solution.
From design school to building a life
I studied Industrial Design with a minor in Architecture at the Savannah College of Art and Design. That training taught me to look at how things work — and how to make them work better.
Over the years I’ve applied that mindset to business strategy, marketing and operations: advising owners, optimizing cash flow and driving growth through branding and relationships. Along the way I earned my New Jersey real estate license and my life & health insurance license.
Today I’m focused on creative ventures, real estate and helping people build lasting wealth — while living the healthy, intentional life by the water I love.
